About the Internship
Legal Delighti s inviting applications for the position of Legal Compliance Intern. This is a long-term internship with the possibility of a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) and offers hands-on exposure to corporate compliance work under the Companies Act, 2013.
Responsibilities
- Legal drafting and documentation
- Working on commercial lease agreements and property due diligence
- Handling IPR-related matters
- Conducting legal research
- Exposure to RBI, FEMA, and other industry-specific laws
Eligibility
- Law students interested in corporate compliance and advisory work
- Strong research and drafting skills
