About the Internship

Law Offices of PGA is seeking a diligent and proactive Legal Intern to assist in daily tasks, legal research, drafting, and various miscellaneous assignments typical of a dynamic legal practice. Candidates should have a keen flair for writing, a sharp analytical mind, and a willingness to learn. The selected candidate will gain hands-on exposure across diverse practice areas, including entertainment law, insolvency proceedings, corporate advisory, litigation strategy, and intellectual property matters.

Eligibility

• 5th-year law students or recent law graduates only.
• Candidates must demonstrate exceptional research skills and strong writing ability (please submit a writing sample or published work).

Work Profile

• Conducting in-depth legal research, writing professional content, research memos and summaries.
• Drafting and proofreading contracts, agreements, legal notices, and strategy documents.
• Assisting in developing strategic presentations and knowledge resources across varied practice areas.
• Handling other miscellaneous tasks and initiatives as assigned, requiring strong organizational and analytical skills.

Duration

Minimum 8 weeks, with potential conversion into a full-time position.
