About the Internship

Eligibility
Law students in 3rd, 4th, and 5th year from reputed Law schools.
Responsibilities
Conduct legal research on ADR under domestic and international jurisdiction.

Application Procedure
Interested students will have to send their resumes along with a short write-up on any one of the following topics:
- Power of Arbitral Tribunal in setting aside Ex-parte order against respondent.
- Right of the respondent to participate in Arbitral proceedings after the respondent has beenproceededparte.
- The write-up should not exceed 200 words and should refer to a minimum of two judgments on the subject.
