Eligibility

• Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Good command of English (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong research and analytical skills with a keen interest in litigation.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
• Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
• Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.

Duration

1 Month (April 2026)

Practice Area Exposure 

The internship will offer practical exposure to litigation, drafting, and procedural work before the High court of Delhi, all district courts, and the NCDRC.
