About the Internship
Law Chambers of Ms. Aditi Mohan is seeking motivated and enthusiastic legal interns to join the team. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience and insight into various areas of law through active involvement in matters. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers, contribute to ongoing cases, and enhance your understanding of complex legal issues.
Eligibility
Applicants must be in their 3rd – 5th Year [5 Year LLB] or 2nd – 3rd Year [3 Year LLB].
Type- Immediate & Rolling basis
Responsibilities
- Assist with legal research and analysis on civil, commercial, arbitration, and IPR law matters.
- Draft and review legal documents, including briefs, memoranda, and correspondence.
- Review case files and summarise relevant information
- Participate in case strategy discussions and provide input on legal strategies.
- Support preparation for client meetings, hearings, and court proceedings.
- Attend court hearings, arbitrations, and client meetings, as appropriate.
