Eligibility
- Legal Research, Contract Drafting
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail, consistent and ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience with legal writing and analysis is a plus

Responsibilities
- The Intern will be involved in legal research, drafting contracts, and other legal tasks.
