About the Internship

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Intern. The Legal Intern will be responsible for legal consulting, legal document preparation, communication, addressing legal issues, and other related tasks as assigned by the team. They will also connect with local law firms and help process legal things that need to be achieved by the management team.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of law and legal issues
• Have a passion for corporate law and contracts
• Interest in technology and Intellectual Property
• Experience in legal consulting and document preparation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law or a related field, or in process of the bar
