About the Internship

Khemka & Associates is looking for motivated law students or recent graduates to join our team as interns. This is a great chance to gain practical experience in litigation.

Eligibility

Law students must be currently enrolled in a recognized law school, preferably in their 3rd year and onwards of the 5-year integrated law course or 2nd year and onwards of the 3-year law course.

Skill Requirements

• Research Skills: Proficiency in legal research, use of legal databases like SCC Online, Manupatra, etc.
• Drafting Skills: Basic knowledge of documents such as petitions, affidavits, etc., and ability to use word processing and PDF software. Proficiency in computers is a must.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience

Preference for candidates with at least one prior internship in a law office or legal department. Freshers will also be considered.

• Administrative Tasks: Assist with filing, documentation, and other administrative tasks as needed.
