About The Internship

Kabi and Associates is inviting internship applications from law students in May 2026 on an immediate basis.

They are a Delhi-based Arbitration Law Chamber exclusively dealing in the niche area of construction arbitration, including claim preparation & documentation, Pre-arbitral support, claim settlement, and contract advisory. 

Eligibility

• Currently in penultimate or final year of 3/5 years LL.B.
•  Demonstrated interest in arbitration, infrastructure or commercial laws.
•  Strong legal research and writing skills.
•   Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide necessary support to the team in drafting, reviewing, and finalising pleadings, applications, replies, and other submissions filed before Arbitral Tribunals.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on issues related to arbitration law, contract law, construction law, and related areas.
•  Support in preparation of case briefs, legal notes, and research memos for internal and external use.
•  Help in maintaining case files, tracker, and database
•  Draft internal use case brief and chronology of events
•  Assist in preparing for arbitral hearings, including briefing and document compilation.
•  Perform any other legal or administrative tasks.
• Attend client meeting/hearing (subject to confidentiality) and take notes 

Duration 

One Month (May 2026) – Stipend shall be provided as per the performance of the selected candidate.
