About the Internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include

• Assisting the reporting manager
• Drafting and vetting contracts like commercial contracts, shareholders’ agreements, share subscription agreements, employment agreements, ESOPs, licensing agreements, etc.

Eligibility

Only Those Candidates Can Apply Who

• are available for full time (in-office) internship
• can start the internship between 13th Jul’21 and 17th Aug’21
• are available for duration of 6 months
• are from Delhi and neighboring cities
• have relevant skills and interests

Other Requirements

• Should have knowledge about intellectual property rights and legal due diligence
• Should have good presentation skills, drafting, and communication skills
• Should pay focus and attention to details

Additional Information

Monday, Wednesday & Friday – Working from the office

Tuesday & Thursday – Working from home

Timings – 9 am to 5 pm (depends upon the workload as well)
