About the Opportunity
Insta Legal Services is looking for Law Interns for joining at Insta Legal Services at Kolkata and Burdwan Office.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Tracing Legal Title flow for collateral property.
- Issuing of Title Search Reports.
- Raising of Legal Queries.
- Preparation of Due Diligence Report
- Property visit.
- Thorough research of various Bengali and English Deeds.
- Legal Research and Analysis.
- Court and Registry Office Title Search Conducting.
- Drafting various documents as per case basis.
- Verification of Original Title Documents.
- Maintenance of Data Records for Mortgaged properties with various government organisations.
- Coordinating with Clients
- Assisting in Registration at various Registry Offices.
- Matters relating to Insurance Sector.
