About the Internship
IndiaMART’s Legal Team is looking for two law interns to gain practical exposure across two legal verticals:
- Litigation
- Contracts & M&A
Eligibility
- Students currently in their 4th or 5th year of law.
- Prior hands-on drafting experience in pleadings, contracts, notices, memos, or similar legal documents.
- Strong and precise legal drafting skills.
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Genuine interest in corporate legal practice.
Responsibilities
The internship will provide exposure to work across litigation and contracts & M&A.
