About the Opportunity

Heads Up For Tails is hiring a Legal Intern.

Responsibilities

• Support contract negotiations with franchisees, vendors, and partners
• Draft and review NDAs, SLAs, lease & supply agreements, and vendor contracts
• Assist in preparing legal notices and drafting responses
• Conduct in-depth legal research on laws, regulations, and case precedents
• Help develop and refine company policies, compliance manuals, and SOPs
• Coordinate with external counsels on litigation and regulatory matters
• Maintain legal records, contract repositories, and case trackers
• Contribute to compliance checks and internal audits
• Provide general support to the legal team through presentations, trackers, and reports
