About the Internship

Hatch Legal is looking for Legal Research Interns to join us remotely for a 1-month internship. This is an opportunity to delve into corporate law, assist startups and investors, and contribute to their success through key legal insights and support.

Eligibility

• Pursuing 3rd year or above in a 5-year integrated law program OR 2nd year or above in a 3-year law program.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
• A keen interest in corporate law and the startup ecosystem.

Work Profile

• Conduct in-depth legal research on corporate law, compliance, banking law, intellectual property, and startup-related regulations.
• Provide insights and updates on legal developments for informed decision-making by founders and investors.
• Collaborate on developing legal content for blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and client use.
