About the Internship
H.K.J. & Associates is offering a one-month paid internship at our Mayur Vihar, Delhi office, commencing on January 2, 2025. Interns will gain hands-on experience in:
- Drafting & Conveyancing: Work with documents like sale deeds, lease agreements and more.
- Property Due Diligence & Title Search: Engage in title investigations and evaluation processes for properties across India.
- Legal Compliance & Registration: Gain exposure to statutory requirements, approvals, and project sanctions.
- Litigation Support: Assist in civil, criminal, and commercial matters
Eligibility
- Law students in their 4th or 5th year of B.A. LL.B. program, or 2nd or 3rd year of LL.B. program, residing in the NCR region.
- Proficiency in Property Law, basic drafting, and due diligence.
- Prior internship experience in real estate or corporate law is preferable.
Duration
Duration: 1 month (on-site), starting January 2, 2025.
