Resposnibilities
- Work on real-time GST appeals, SCN replies, and tribunal strategies
- Assist in drafting legal notes, assist in litigation research, and prepare case briefs
- Exposure to client advisory, compliance disputes & policy nuances
- Learn from a focused team handling high-stakes indirect tax matters
