About the Internship
Garg & Associates is offering a physical litigation internship for law students seeking hands-on experience in legal practice and court procedure. The internship involves assisting the office with litigation-related tasks, court work, legal research, and case file management.
Eligibility
- Law students in the 3rd year and above are eligible to apply.
- Good drafting and formatting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word.
- Applicants must have their own working device, such as a laptop or tablet.
Responsibilities
- Attend court proceedings and gain exposure to courtroom practice.
- Assist counsels in ongoing matters.
- Maintain and organise case files.
- Summarise judgments and conduct legal research.
- Prepare file summaries and manage documents.
- Support general litigation and office-related work.

Duration
The internship will initially be for a minimum period of one month. It may be extended depending on the requirements of the office, the intern’s performance, and mutual convenience.
