About the Opportunity

Finaurt is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern at its Gurgaon office. This is an on-site internship offering practical exposure to legal and compliance work, particularly in labour laws, agreements, and intellectual property matters.

Eligibility

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Law students or recent law graduates
• Interest in labour laws and IP laws
• Basic understanding of legal drafting and compliance frameworks
• Good command over English and Hindi (spoken and written)
• Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work in a startup environment

Work Mode

On-site (This is not a remote role)

Stipend

Up to ₹12,000 per month

Responsibilities

The Legal Intern will be involved in:

• Drafting and reviewing labour compliance agreements, service agreements, and other legal documents
• Assisting with labour law compliances, statutory returns, and maintenance of registers
• Supporting intellectual property matters, including trademarks, documentation, basic filings, and hearing support
• Assisting in drafting policies, terms & conditions, and internal documents
• Helping with preparation and dispatch of legal notices
• Supporting day-to-day legal and compliance assignments
