About the Opportunity

Finaurt is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern at its Gurgaon office. This is an on-site internship offering practical exposure to legal and compliance work, particularly in labour laws, agreements, and intellectual property matters.

Eligibility

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

Law students or recent law graduates
Interest in labour laws and IP laws
Basic understanding of legal drafting and compliance frameworks
Good command over English and Hindi (spoken and written)
Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work in a startup environment

Work Mode

On-site (This is not a remote role)

Stipend

Up to ₹12,000 per month

Responsibilities

The Legal Intern will be involved in:

Assisting with labour law compliances, statutory returns, and maintenance of registers
Supporting intellectual property matters, including trademarks, documentation, basic filings, and hearing support
Assisting in drafting policies, terms & conditions, and internal documents
Helping with preparation and dispatch of legal notices
Supporting day-to-day legal and compliance assignments
