About the Job

Eventus Security is hiring a Legal Intern/Associate.

Eligibility

• Qualification: LL.B or B.L.S / LL.B. (3 Year or 5 Year Law Degree)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Non-Litigation
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and related tools
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Attention to detail and strong time management skills

Work Profile

As a Legal Intern/Associate at Eventus Security, you will gain valuable in-house corporate legal experience while supporting the Legal team and paralegals. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Drafting and reviewing legal agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, MSAs, Master License and Services Agreements, etc.
• Drafting and reviewing various legal documents
• Assisting the HR department with drafting and reviewing HR documents
• Maintaining Legal Agreements and document files and databases
• Performing administrative and paralegal tasks as required
