Eligibility
- Qualification: LL.B or B.L.S / LL.B. (3 Year or 5 Year Law Degree)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Non-Litigation
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and related tools
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
Work Profile
As a Legal Intern/Associate at Eventus Security, you will gain valuable in-house corporate legal experience while supporting the Legal team and paralegals. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Drafting and reviewing legal agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, MSAs, Master License and Services Agreements, etc.
- Drafting and reviewing various legal documents
- Assisting the HR department with drafting and reviewing HR documents
- Maintaining Legal Agreements and document files and databases
- Performing administrative and paralegal tasks as required
