About the Internship
Eligibility
- Law student (3rd year onwards for 5-year course / 2nd year onwards for 3-year course).
- Strong research and drafting skills.
- Good understanding of corporate, commercial, or compliance-related laws.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in legal research and drafting of agreements, notices, and contracts.
- Support the team in compliance, regulatory filings, and documentation.
- Review and summarise case laws, circulars, and legal updates.
- Help in preparing reports, presentations, and legal opinions.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by senior associates and managers.

6 months
