About the opportunity

Duroflex is looking for interns.

Roles & Responsibility

Identifying contractual, commercial, and operational risks and exposures in the contracts;
Providing legal support for ongoing contract management related activities
Researching specific contractual issues flagged by Customers;
Service Agreements drafts with clients/ Third Party Service providers and reviewing all
related and ancillary documents
Validation/verification of legal documents (MOUs, Property Ownership documents and due diligence of properties, Client’s due diligence)
Compliance with all the ongoing business requirements and contract management.
Dealing with various IPR issues related to Patent, trademark, trade secret, unfair competition, and copyright issues.
Lease agreement/ License/ Membership agreement format coverage and standardization for Landlords and Clients; modification/ renewal/ cancellation of such agreements.
Assist in preparing and drafting legal documents, including but not limited to non-disclosure agreements, statement of work, project agreements, and company-wide communications.
