About the Internship

The Centre for Study and Research in Intellectual Property Rights internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical knowledge and insight into the evolving field of Intellectual Property Law. With a focus on both academic rigor and real-world application, the internship is designed to develop the skills, knowledge, and critical thinking necessary for a successful career in IPR. Interns will have the chance to contribute to meaningful legal research, engage with leading experts, and emerge with a deeper understanding of the socio-legal aspects of Intellectual Property.

Eligibility

Law Students: Must be pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate legal studies at a recognized institution, either in India or internationally.
Science Students: Those studying in fields such as B. Tech, M. Tech, BSc, MSc, MBBS, MS, MD, etc., can apply to explore the integration of IPR with advancements in their respective fields.
Students Interested in IPR: Applicants should demonstrate a keen interest in Intellectual Property Law and its socio-legal implications.

The internship will have two cohorts—national and international—with 10 slots reserved for international students.

Selection Process

CV Submission: Candidates must submit a detailed CV highlighting academic achievements and interest in IPR.
Write-Up: Shortlisted candidates will write a 500-word piece on current IPR trends.
Presentation: Candidates will present their write-up before an interview panel.
