About the Internship

The Centre for Study and Research in Intellectual Property Rights internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical knowledge and insight into the evolving field of Intellectual Property Law. With a focus on both academic rigor and real-world application, the internship is designed to develop the skills, knowledge, and critical thinking necessary for a successful career in IPR. Interns will have the chance to contribute to meaningful legal research, engage with leading experts, and emerge with a deeper understanding of the socio-legal aspects of Intellectual Property.

Eligibility

• Law Students: Must be pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate legal studies at a recognized institution, either in India or internationally.
• Science Students: Those studying in fields such as B. Tech, M. Tech, BSc, MSc, MBBS, MS, MD, etc., can apply to explore the integration of IPR with advancements in their respective fields.
• Students Interested in IPR: Applicants should demonstrate a keen interest in Intellectual Property Law and its socio-legal implications.

The internship will have two cohorts—national and international—with 10 slots reserved for international students.

Selection Process

• CV Submission: Candidates must submit a detailed CV highlighting academic achievements and interest in IPR.
• Write-Up: Shortlisted candidates will write a 500-word piece on current IPR trends.
• Presentation: Candidates will present their write-up before an interview panel.
