About Crypto Legal
CryptoLegal, a law firm specializing in legal services for the blockchain and Web3 market, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern.
Eligibility
- Strong interest in Web3 technologies, cryptocurrency, and blockchain.
- Basic knowledge of legal research, contract drafting, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with enough bandwidth in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Review and draft contracts.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on regulatory frameworks across various jurisdictions.
- Assist with the incorporation and licensing processes of cryptocurrency exchanges and other crypto service providers.
