Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Law Degree (LLB or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and business regulations.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Conduct legal research on corporate, export, and intellectual property laws.
• Support compliance checks for business operations, ensuring adherence to regulations.
• Help manage legal documentation and maintain organized records.
