About the Internship
Clinikally is hiring a Legal Intern – Corporate, Contracts & Regulatory Compliance for its in-house legal team. The role is suited for law students interested in corporate law, commercial contracts, startup legal matters, healthcare/pharma compliance, regulatory research, and due diligence.
Eligibility
- Students currently pursuing the 4th or 5th year of law.
- Interest in in-house legal work, corporate law, commercial contracts, startup legal matters, healthcare/pharma compliance, regulatory research, and due diligence.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with contract drafting, review, and documentation.
- Supporting corporate governance and compliance activities.
- Assisting with startup legal matters, fundraising, ESOP, and due diligence work.
- Supporting healthcare and pharmaceutical regulatory compliance.
- Conducting legal research.
- Maintaining compliance trackers.
