Law students or recent graduates with strong research & analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on real estate, contracts, and compliance
- Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements & policies
- Support due diligence, contract management & litigation matters
- Gain hands-on experience in corporate law
