Responsibilities

This is a remote role for a Legal Intern at Clause Cracker. Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include:

• Hands-on experience reviewing IT contracts such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, Consulting Agreements, Vendor agreements, etc.
• Conducting research on legal issues and advising internal stakeholders on the risks involved in transactions.
• Provide advisory services to various HR functions.
