Job Opening: Legal Intern – Corporate Legal Team

Eligibility

• Fresher or currently pursuing a law degree or equivalent from an accredited law school.
• Strong interest in corporate law, particularly within the hospitality/real estate/engineering sector.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

As a Legal Intern, you will work closely with the corporate legal team on a variety of projects and tasks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.
• Conducting legal research on various topics relevant to the hospitality industry.
• Supporting the team in regulatory compliance matters and corporate governance.
• Helping prepare for and attend meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items.
• Participating in special projects and initiatives as needed.
