Eligibility

Law students (3rd year & above for 5-year course / final year for 3-year course) or recent graduates
Strong research & analytical skills
Understanding of contract law, corporate law, and IT laws is a plus
Good communication & drafting skills

Responsibilities

Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements & legal documents
Conduct legal research on corporate & technology laws
Help ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Support the legal team in risk assessment & dispute resolution

Duration

3-6 months (can be extended based on performance)

Stipend

₹5,000 – ₹10,000 (based on skills & experience)

Location

Dehradun (On-site)
