About the Internship
Baidip Legal is looking to onboard a Legal Intern with an interest in contracts, intellectual property, and legal research. The internship will provide practical exposure to various areas of legal practice and involve active contribution to live client matters under supervision.
Responsibilities
- Assist with contract drafting and review.
- Conduct trademark searches.
- Assist with trademark filings and prosecution.
- Support IP portfolio management.
- Assist with legal notices.
- Work on company policies.
- Conduct legal research.
- Assist with general advisory work.
- Take ownership of assigned work under supervision.
Additional Information
This is not a purely research-based internship. The selected candidate will actively contribute to live client matters under supervision and will be expected to take ownership of assigned work.
