About the Internship
Atrangii is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern. The role offers exposure to media and entertainment law, along with practical experience in contract drafting, advisory, and non-litigation work.
Eligibility
- LL.B degree
- 0–1 year of experience
- Strong understanding of media and entertainment laws
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and workload efficiently
Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating agreements (Production Service, License, Acquisition, SaaS, etc.)
- Vetting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
- Advising business teams on legal and commercial matters
- Drafting replies to notices and complaints
- Handling non-litigation work
Stipend
