About the Internship

Athena Law Associates is inviting applications for the position of Assessment Intern in its Indirect Tax Litigation practice. The internship offers exposure to matters relating to GST, Customs, Foreign Trade Policy, and other allied laws. Based on performance during the internship, candidates may be considered for a permanent position with the firm upon completion of their law degree.

Eligibility

Candidates must:

• Be final-year law students enrolled in a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme or a 3-year LL.B. programme, or be fresh law graduates.
• Have a basic understanding of indirect taxes, including GST, Customs, and the Foreign Trade Policy.
• Possess strong drafting and formatting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word.

Stipend

Performance-based remuneration.

Additional Information

Candidates who perform well during the internship may be considered for a permanent position with the firm after completing their law degree.

Commencement

July/August 2026 onwards.

Dwarka, Sector 18B, Delhi.
