Responsibilities
- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients in North America, APAC & MENA
- Conduct research on international business laws, regulations, and legal frameworks relevant to our clients’ industries and jurisdictions.
- Assist in identifying potential international clients and researching their legal needs and preferences.
- Engage in outreach activities to establish and maintain communication with international clients.
- Draft briefs, memos, and correspondence outlining legal considerations, implications, and recommendations for international business transactions.
