About the Internship
The legal team is hiring a Legal Intern for its Cellulosic Fibre Business. The internship will provide exposure to legal matters across Indian and international jurisdictions.
Eligibility
- Students pursuing an LL.B. through a 3-year or 5-year course from a recognised institution.
- Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
- Interest in corporate, commercial and regulatory legal work.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and agreements.
- Support compliance, regulatory and corporate governance matters.
- Contribute to strategic projects, corporate transactions and legal research.
- Support litigation management and documentation processes.
- Work on legal matters across Indian and international jurisdictions.
