About the Internship

Eligibility
- Students pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate degrees in Law
- Strong academic record
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
The Intern shall get the exposure as under:
- Drafting of various legal documents including but not limited to legal notices, reply to legal notices received by the Company, applications, petitions etc. to be filed in the Courts, reply, written statements to be filed by the Company, reply to the Customers’ Grievance, various agreements including addendum thereof, polices, procedures, MOUs, LOIs or any other document as the Company may requires.
- Contract Management- drafting, vetting, review of various agreements and maintaining a database/ MIS for all such agreements and their supporting documents.
- Litigation Management- drafting, vetting, review of all kinds of litigation-related documents and maintaining a database/ MIS for all such litigations and their supporting documents.
- Coordination with the concerned officials of the Company, Court, advocates, law firms, other consultants, police department or any other authorities as may be required for the purpose of execution of the services under this agreement.
- Compliance Management- Compliance under various laws as applicable to the Company.
- Data Migration- From physical/Excel / soft copies to online portal.
- Research & Advising the Company as per the requirements in the form of legal opinion(s).
