About the Internship

One of ACCTPRO Advisory Services LLP’s clients, a leading life insurance company, is looking for a Legal & Compliance Intern to join its team in Bengaluru.

Eligibility

Candidates should have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, either pursuing or recently completed
• LL.B. preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity

Responsibilities

The selected intern will:

• Support legal and compliance documentation and databases
• Assist with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) activities
• Support the review and tracking of contracts, NDAs and agreements
• Track contract approvals, renewals and documentation
• Assist with regulatory monitoring and compliance updates
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Legal & Compliance team
