About the Internship
Ab Initio India LLP is inviting applications for the role of Assessment Intern at our New Delhi office (General Corporate and M&A Team).
Their practice primarily focuses on General Corporate Advisory, Drafting, Reviewing and Negotiations of various Contracts, Legal Due Diligence and drafting of various transaction documents for M&A Deals.
