About the Internship

3Sixty Law Group is inviting applications for an internship position with its Corporate Team. The internship provides an opportunity to work on live mandates across corporate advisory and transactional matters.

Selected interns will gain practical exposure to a range of corporate legal work, including research, due diligence exercises, contract drafting, and intellectual property matters.

Eligibility

Preference will be given to 4th and 5th year law students.

Responsibilities

Interns will be involved in:

• Legal research
• Due diligence exercises
• Contract drafting
• Intellectual property matters
• Work relating to live corporate advisory and transactional mandates

Duration

The internship will be for a period of one month.

Start Date

The internship is scheduled to commence immediately.

Location

Gurugram.
