My Legal Partners (MLP) is a Delhi-based full-service law firm with focused Intellectual Property Rights and Corporate Law verticals. The firm delivers its services specifically in the areas of Intellectual Property Rights and Corporate law. The firm provides legal solutions covering all areas of Intellectual Property and allied areas including protection of IP and contentious matters before the Trademark Offices, the Copyright Office, the Design Office, the Patent Offices, WIPO, and the National Internet Exchange of India.

About the Internship

MLP is looking for a young, dynamic, and motivated lawyer/assessment intern based in Delhi to join their office.

Eligibility

• QE-: min 4 months of experience in Contracts Management (mandatory)
• Preferred candidates: Fresh graduates and final-year students may apply.
• EDUCATION: LLB (3 years or 5 years)/ LLM

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts
• Ensure contracts are compliant with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards
• Provide legal advice and assistance regarding contract terms, provisions, and obligations
• Identify and mitigate potential legal risks in contracts
• Maintain accurate and organised contract records and documentation
• Manage contract templates and contribute to their continuous improvement
• Active communication with clients to manage their contract lifecycle

West Delhi (nearest metro Ramesh Nagar/Rajouri Garden)
