Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in an accredited law school program.
• Strong academic performance and a demonstrated interest in the legal field.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with legal research tools and databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with legal research and the preparation of legal documents, including briefs, contracts, and agreements.
• Support attorneys in case management and preparation for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Participate in the review and analysis of laws and regulations relevant to our industry.
• Contribute to the maintenance and organization of legal files and documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal and compliance issues.
• Assist in drafting and editing legal correspondence and reports.
