About the Internship

Lexstone Group are looking for interns to work with our Corporate Team at the Gurugram Office, for the month of February 2024. It’s a valuable opportunity for final year students aspiring to build their career in the field of General Corporate. By this internship you can get the requisite practical exposure required to be a corporate legal professional by getting a first-hand experience on the corporate transactions (equity, capital market, debts) due diligence, FEMA Matters, and other Regulatory issues and Compliances.

Eligibility

• Law Students in their 10th Semester;
• Candidates with working knowledge of Companies Act, Contracts Act and a basic understanding of Corporate Transactions;
• Candidates with interest in General Corporate and have prior internship experience with the Corporate Teams in Law firms or/and in-house.
