Law Intern – Capital Markets (Paid Internship)

Position: Law Intern – Capital Markets

Eligibility

• Law student (3rd year onwards in 5-year course / final year in 3-year course) or recent law graduate.
• Prior internship experience in capital markets, corporate law, or related fields is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of SEBI regulations, company law, and capital market processes.
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Word and legal documentation tools.

Internship & Assessment Details

• This is a paid internship.
• Performance during the internship will be evaluated for potential long-term opportunities.
• A Certificate of Internship will be provided upon successful completion.
