Work Profile/ Main Task

I have researched various facts of procedural and substantive law including the Constitution of India, the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, the Indian Penal Code 1860, and the Code of Civil Procedure 1908 among other facts of law.

My internship also includes visits to the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and Subordinate Court and where I attended Court proceedings. I also participated in client interactions and conferences.

Work Environment

The work environment was good as Sir was affable and he used to solve all my doubts and queries even though I asked him 10 times. He explains everything in brief and in a very simple manner. It was a pleasure to be his intern and want to do the internship again under his guidance as he was so a supportive and helpful person.

Good Things

The best part of this internship was that I got to know many things in my 2^nd year of BALLB only and practical aspects of law and also witness the hearings of the court.

Bad Things

In my opinion, nothing was bad during this internship.
