How did you apply?

Through G-form, filling in basic details and attaching a CV, then candidates are shortlisted and interviewed.

Main Task

The main task was to raise awareness among the people through social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter about the increasing pollution and climate change. I got the opportunity to work on the two popular topics “Plastic Free July” and “Climate Change”.

Both the topics were interesting and we need to find out the laws and regulations regarding these to make them familiar to people in an easy manner.

Good Things

• Our head of our team was very cooperative and friendly. Regular meetings were conducted to avoid any difficulty.
• The tasks were assigned with proper deadlines and an ample amount of time was given to research on a particular topic.
• Get familiar with new environmental laws and various reports of UNFCCC.
• Opportunity to interact with new members.

Bad Things

• I think apart from spreading awareness through online medium, working at the ground level in a more effective way when it comes to conserving nature.
