About the Internship

Eligibility

• Third and Fourth Year students from a 5-year law course.
• Second year onwards for students enrolled in a 3-year law course.
• Applicants must be based in Delhi, as this is a physical internship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in research related to cases on dispute resolution, Service Matters, Matrimonial Disputes, Consumer Disputes, Criminal Litigation, and Commercial Litigation.
• Draft legal documents and case briefs under the supervision of senior lawyers.
• Attend court sessions and tribunal hearings to understand practical aspects of litigation.
• Engage with clients to assist in gathering relevant case information and documentation.
• Collaborate with the legal team on ongoing cases, providing support as needed.

Duration of Internship

April – May 2024. The internship may be subject to extension based on performance.

Stipend

Please note that details regarding the stipend will be discussed with the selected candidates.

Location

The internship will take place in Delhi/NCR. It is a physical internship, thus requiring the interns to be present in Delhi for the duration of their internship.
