About the Internship

Augustus Law invite Law Students to become part of our Mumbai Team as Legal Interns. They are seeking Interns who are interested in a long-term engagement and have the potential to be considered for pre-placement opportunities.

Eligibility

Law Students based in Mumbai who are at least in their third year of the five-year course or the second year of their three-year. Skills Required: knowledge in drafting with efficient research tools usage.

Responsibilities

Law Students seeking to work as legal interns will be entrusted with daily responsibilities that include:

• Conducting legal research and analysis to support ongoing cases and projects.
• Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and other relevant materials.
• Observe and attend court proceedings, client meetings, and negotiations.
• Gain hands-on experience in a professional legal setting.
• Conducting Limited Legal Due Diligence for ACRs and other NBFCs.
