About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate advisory and compliance work in a professional legal environment. Selected interns will work closely with experienced legal professionals on corporate and commercial matters.
Eligibility
- 4th or 5th-year students of a 5-year law program
- Final-year students of a 3-year LL.B. program
- Strong interest in Corporate & Commercial Laws
Roles & Exposure
- Assisting in corporate advisory and compliance matters
- Drafting agreements, notices, and legal opinions
- Conducting research and due diligence assignments
- Working under mentorship of experienced legal professionals
