About the Internship
Are you passionate about Arbitration and Contract Management?
Case Matters – Legal Services is looking for two (2) driven Legal Interns to join the team.
Mode: Hybrid | Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM
Eligibility
- LLB graduates or final-year LLB students
- Strong interest in Arbitration & Contract Drafting (experience is a plus!)
Responsibilities
1. Arbitration:
- Drafting notices, pleadings, admission/denial, affidavits & final argument synopses;
- Drafting applications & replies under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act;
- Research on the latest legal developments in infrastructure & construction disputes.
2. Contract Management:
▪️ Drafting, vetting & redlining contracts/agreements.
