Eligibility

  • PQE 0-2 years: Entry-level Associates with a foundation in litigation work.
  • PQE Above 2 years: Experienced Associates with a proven track record in litigation.
  • Internship: Open throughout the year for passionate students interested in litigation (unpaid).

Work Profile

  • Draft, review, and file legal documents.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research.
  • Represent clients in court appearances and before various tribunals, including the High Court of Delhi, district courts, NCDRC, and CAT.
  • Collaborate with senior counsel and colleagues on complex legal matters.

Key Skills

  • Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent research abilities with a passion for extensive reading
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
