About the Opportunity
AI Legal Partners is hiring a Legal Assessment Intern
Eligibility
Currently pursuing or recently completed LLB/BA LLB/BBA LLB
Responsibilities
- Assist in legal research and drafting of legal opinions, memoranda, and correspondence
- Support contract review and due diligence processes
- Participate in client meetings and internal strategy discussions (where appropriate)
- Conduct regulatory research and compliance assessments
- Prepare board resolutions, incorporation documents, and regulatory filings
- Exposure to investment transactions, corporate governance, and commercial contracts
Duration
3-6 months

Stipend: As per market standards
